My mother had to stop a lot of activities she loved because of her sciatic nerve pain. We unsure if these devices would work at 1st? We gave it 1 week trail! After 1 week of use the device. She was able to do gardening again without the pain. Now she can't really live without these devices. Their not like pain killer tablets where they instantly relieved the pain. You have to use them for a while to notice the benefits.
