Received my 4X4 today while home for lunch, then went back to work and within an hour noticed I wasn't limping, by 1:30 I took my full blown knee brace off and finished the day almost pain free. I'm on my feet all day and lots of stairs and walking. After 13 surgeries (6 of which were knee related) I'm impressed with the amount of relief I got after 6 hours. Will be ordering more sizes for all the other parts that hurt.
