NECK PAIN RELEIF INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Initial Placement: Position the device directly over the area where the pain is most intense. Leave it in place for a few minutes. 2.    Adjustment if Needed:         a. If you experience no relief, relocate the device to the left side of the pain. Maintain this position for several minutes.         b. Still no relief? Move the device to the right side of the pain, leaving it there for another few minutes. 3.    Further Adjustment:         a. If pain persists, first rotate your head as far to the left as possible, holding for 5 seconds. Then, rotate to the right, again holding for 5 seconds. Afterwards, shift the device upward, positioning it above the pain, and leave it there for several more minutes. 4.    Repeat as Necessary: Continue this process, adjusting the location of the device as needed, until you find the optimal placement that alleviates your pain.

The device can be used with either side facing the body.

The device does not require direct skin contact and can be used over clothing and bandages.

The device can be used for an extended duration without concern. There are no side effects, nor is there a risk of overdose from continuous use.

The device can be secured in place using a wrap, tape, or the hook-and-loop fastener located on one side of the device.

The device can last for years with proper care. It will still function even if covered with dirt, mud, blood or other debris. The device can be shared with others and is easily cleaned with soapy water.
