I have had hip and back pain on my right side for almost 8 years. After 8 years of not being able to sleep on my left side, I am finally able to do so with the nCap patch. I can ride in the car comfortably, now, as well. I also have tendinitis in my elbows and some shoulder pain. The patches help with those as well. I have been on many anti-inflammatories over the years and have tried natural remedies, also. This is by far the most effective pain relief I have found and I don't have to take any pain medications now. I just use my patches. They really are remarkable.
