FROZEN SHOULDER (adhesive capsulitis) RELIEF

How to Free a FROZEN SHOULDER

Treating a frozen shoulder typically requires at least four adjustments of the device. Identify the optimal placement areas by moving your arm and pinpointing where the pain is most intense. The provided images show the most common placement locations.

1.    Initial Placement: Move your arm and identify the most painful area. Position the device directly over the area where the pain is most intense. Leave it in place for a few minutes.
2.    Position 2: Move your arm and relocate
the device to the most painful position. Maintain this position for several minutes.
3.    Position 3: Move your arm and relocate
the device to the most painful position. Maintain this position for several minutes.
4.    Repeat as Necessary: Continue this process, adjusting the location of the device as needed, until your shoulder is moving freely and the device has alleviated your pain.
5.    Continue using the device throughout the next day to alleviate pain from muscles that have been underused.
